Joe Stone [Infographics] Marvel!

Graphic designer Joe Stone has completed his trilogy of Marvel Comics infographics with the Avengers Family Tree. As he has already done with the X-Men and and the Fantastic Four, Stone traces the familial, sexual and clonal relationship of one comics’ most beloved super-teams. Beyond their excellent designs, Stone’s infographics have also inspired great debates about the years of subplots, alternate realities and retroactive continuities that make the existence of these family trees all the more impressive.

Banderas In Film Noir Style
he first poster for the new Antonio Banderas film noir The Big Bang has debuted online. Later this week, right here on Cinema Blend, we’ll have your first exclusive look at the movie’s trailer. I’ve already gotten a sneak peek at it, and I can promise that not only is it completely cool, it delivers on all the cool, noir visual style promised in this equally cool, first ever poster.
Check out a small version of the poster below, but make sure you click over to Coming Soon where it debuted, for the full size version.
The Big Bang stars Banderas as private investigator Ned Cruz, hired by a Russian boxer to find his missing girlfriend and the $30 million in diamonds she’s hiding. His investigation takes him into the city’s seediest corners, where he encounters a Hollywood action star (James Van Der Beek), a porn producer (Snoop Dogg), and a kinky waitress with a thing for particle physics (Autumn Reeser).
Check back with us later this week for your first look at the film.
